2019 NoCo Fall Events You Don’t Want to Miss

Calling all the leaf crunchers, pumpkin spiced latte drinkers, and corn maze explorers…now is your time to shine. Fall in Colorado is something we all look forward to, and we’re here to help you celebrate with the best northern Colorado festivals, corn mazes and anything in between. And away we go!

Fortoberfest – Fort Collins

When: Saturday, Sept. 21 from 1-10 p.m.

Where: Old Town Square in Fort Collins

The Details: Enjoy a day of free live music, local brews from Odell and High Country Beverage, wine from Wilbur’s Total Beverage and plenty of German-themed cuisine. Get your schnitzel-eating face on!

Greeley OktoBREWfest – Greeley

When: Friday, Sept. 27 from 5-10 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 28 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

Where: Lincoln Park in downtown Greeley

The Details: Grab your lederhosen and dirndl! Greeley’s iconic OktoBREWfest includes numerous craft beers from local breweries, plenty of food, pie eating contests, stein lifting contests and much more. Raise a glass!

Tour de Corgi – Fort Collins

When: Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Where: Civic Center Park in downtown Fort Collins

The Details: Could there be a cuter gathering in all of NoCo? We think not! With a costume contest, corgi parade, vendor booths and plenty of fraternizing, the Tour de Corgi will leave you wishing it happened more than once a year.

Creepy Walk in the Woods – Loveland

When: October, various days and times

Where: 1750 Savage Road in west Loveland

The Details: Now we’re getting into some real spooktacular stuff. For anyone who loves to get the heck scared straight out of them, the Creepy Walk in the Woods haunted experience is for you. Located at the base of Devil’s Backbone, the woods contain supposedly horrific creatures you may not live to tell about. Good luck.

Fritzler Farm Park – La Salle

When: September and October, various days and times

Where: 20861 CR 33 in La Salle

The Details: Fritzler is an iconic spot for all things fall fun in northern Colorado. Enjoy their fall festival with pumpkin picking, barrel coaster, go carts and many more activities. Plus, their Scream Acres at night feature a ghost haunt, nighttime paintball adventure and corn maze.

Jack Lantern Corn Maze – Fort Collins

When: October, various days and times

Where: 2318 S. County Road 5 in Fort Collins

The Details: Bring the kiddos – young and old – for a day of pumpkin picking, a corn maze scavenger hunt, wagon rides and plenty of fall activities. After dark, things spice up a bit with the haunted corn maze experience. Boo!

Downtown Holiday Lighting Ceremony

When: Friday, Nov. 1

Where: Downtown Fort Collins

The Details: This iconic Fort Collins event is not to be missed! Ooh and awe as the flip is switched on the downtown Fort Collins holiday lighting display. This magnificent display will be up all the way through Valentine’s Day.

Downtown Greeley Trick or Treat Street

When: Friday, Oct. 25 from 4-6 p.m.

Where: 8th and 9th Street Plazas in downtown Greeley

The Details: Calling all little witches and ghosts! Downtown Greeley will be a hub of trickery and ghoulish fun the Friday before Halloween. Enjoy trick-or-treating, pumpkin cornhole, pumpkin decorating and many more activities for the whole family to enjoy.
